The decision to start writing a blog can be quite a daunting task.
For the longest time, I kept wrestling with the idea in my head. What would the content be? Who would I be addressing? Will it take away too much time from the everyday trivialities? And a hundred more seemingly inconsequential debates in my headspace.
The fact of the matter was the longer I seemed to put it off, the more I found myself getting agitated by the lack of it.
For someone who has a proclivity to put pen to paper in trying times, it can become a strenuous mental hurdle to not be able to. Some people find less anxious avenues to vent, so do I from time to time, don't get me wrong - but writing for me, is a much more concrete 'high'.
I could have sat on this initiative for an ongoing inordinate amount of time, or I could just start, so I decided that I should finally commit to the latter.
Here I am though, in all my mediocrity, letting pieces of my thought process flow onto the page as a means to ventilate the various rusted recesses of my mind.
I hope you find it just as engaging, (if not a complete waste of a speck of cyberspace).
'Regain some perspective, all ye who enter here.'
Happy reading,
Love, S
